A non-answer: That was one of the uglier scenes I've seen in a while. Both my husband and I went completely silent during that scene, not that it was extra shocking or gory, just.. Powerful message. Them, us, what the *beep* is the difference?

"Powerful message. Them, us, what the *beep* is the difference?" <-- i thought that was one of the main themes of "28 Days Later."
I recommend the movie "Deadgirl" (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0896534/). It takes that scene from La Horde, and develops it into all kinds of psychological and ethical directions.

There is a book called Area 187: Almost Hell. Area 187 is a zombie-infested area that has been walled up and abandoned by the rest of the U.S. Survivors are rare in the area but some rather disgusting trade has cropped up including "boxed brides", zombie women whose arms and legs have been cut off and their teeth removed. Super gross and super disturbing.

No there isn't anything some men won't have sex with. I have even known men who talk about having unprotected sex with someone who has obvious signs of an STD.
Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt. share
