I would rather watch this over the Halloween and Friday the 13th remakes

Friday the 13th reboot wasn't any better or worse than most of the movies in that series

RZ Halloween had some interesting things but it just missed the mark and Halloween never needed a remake


NOES remake was garbage. Remaking it was stupid in the first place. This isn't James bond where you can replace the actor every decade. Robert is Freddy and that's it

Rewatchability...if I had all 3 Blu Rays sitting in front of me and HAD to watch ONE....tough...

Not on Blu ray, but the Theatrical cut of the Halloween remake is good & trumps all...better and less gruesome and disturbing for gruesome and disturbing's sake (hated the more violent death of the bully as well as the disturbing rape of one of the asylum patients in the Unrated cut...rape doesn't enhance horror movies...not sure WHY Zombie thought that was a good idea).

But I'd put them in this order

-Halloween Unrated
-Friday the 13th Unrated
-NOES (I'd still put this one on the bottom of the pile...no rewatchability at all...and I DID in fact rewatch it when I bought the Blu Ray for like $2!)
