Leatherface age?

Sally in the original was likely between ages 18-24. She’ looks at least 55 yrs old in this film. Leatherface in the original couldn’t have been any younger than Sally. I always assumed he was in his late-20s / early 30s in the original, making him close to 60 years old now. But in this film, he moved like a young man in his prime

How old is he supposed to be?

That was 48 years ago so if he was say 18 he'd be 66. I like to think he was 16 back then cuz he's a big farm boy. 64 sounds like he might still be able to run around. He has an arthritic looking leg he limps. He has mommy issues. He has poor people skills.
