How Much Was Bobby making working for Jack???

I always wondered how much Bobby was making working under Jack. At GTX before he got laid off he was making $120K Base, Plus incentives (My guess is maybe two smaller bonuses a year and maybe a reimbursement for car, but that is just my guess)

His Wife was working as a RN and working holiday shifts and as much as she could, yet right after he starts working for Jack they foreclose on their house or sell it I guess for a loss.

Obviously he was not making $120K working for Jack doing construction. But how much do you think he was making? my guess is maybe $15-$17 an hour? Since he was new and Jack had to make extra room in his budget as a favor to bring him on and he was inexperienced and that would be about $21-$24 an hour in 2023 Dollars.
