Looks interesting.
I'll check it out, with the understanding that network TV has a mostly poor track record with sci-fi.

shareWell there was always Star Trek and Lost, so I’ll give it a try.
shareThis better not be another TERRA NOVA. Cuz that sucked.
shareIs that the one where you can't shoot dinos?
shareDon't recall that rule but it sure had dinos.
shareI think you're thinking of 'A Sound of Thunder', based on a short story of the same name by Ray Bradbury.
In it, 'hunters' are taken back in time and are given the chance to shoot a dinosaur. (One that was going to die anyway.) They have to stay on a path and not change anything else. But someone does change something, and catastrophic 'time waves' begin to occur.
Nope. I watched all of Terra Nova. They had rules not to shoot the dinos. But they never explaind ehere the meat came from. In the last show the evil corprate people shot one. In all the Spielberg dino shows a dino was never killed by a gun.
shareI would prefer to see the rich tapestry of life that existed back then instead of the melodrama filler we'll probably be fed. I suppose tv sci-fi has its inherent limits simply because of the production costs.
