I think they were getting inspiration from David Lynch's version of Paul Atreides when casting the new guy. He was tall, handsome, and dark-haired in the '84 film, like his dad. I never liked the 2000 version of Paul.

shareI'm not feeling it. Caladan looks like Scotland or some such place and Arrakis looks like what it is, a Jordan desert. Also, his bland black uniform doesn't look like something a prince would wear.
