Shaun of the Dead or Zombieland?

Shaun of the Dead or Zombieland?

Shaun, no question, the script is so tight with looping jokes, references to other movies and subtlety. It's also so quintessentially English that I think a lot of our American cousins miss a lot of the gags. ZL is fun, but not a patch on shaun...

Now, Tucker and Dale vs Zombieland....??

tricky.....

Shaun of the dead because first viewing was hilarious 2nd viewing you find some of the little treasures of the movie.
3rd viewing is when by now you should understand majority of the jokes. Its hard to explain but a lot of the humor needs you to watch it multiple times.
If you watched shaun for 24 hours straight you laugh harder after each viewing there are obvious jokes then there are subtle jokes and then there are jokes so well thought out and gapped from the initial delivery to the actual punch line.
Both movies are good with incredibly likeable cast but my money still goes to shauns cast of characters

Zombieland. I found it much funnier than Shaun of the Dead, although I love SotD too.

If we don't agree, show me your truth. If you resort to personal shots, I won't take you seriously

Shaun of the Dead

Zombieland has little re-watch value for me.

I have watched SOTD many times over the years and still laugh every time.
