It's actually quite shocking that he made it in the music business. He sounds kind of like Willie Nelson but more of a pop/rock version of that high pitched nasally voice, almost like he's pinching his nose closed when he's singing.

But his voice isn’t bad. It’s unique. When you hear it, you KNOW it’s Bob Dylan. Very distinguishable.
rock and roll was made by people who couldn’t sing or play their instruments. Have you listened to The Rolling Stones or the Sex Pistols? They don’t exactly sound like Pavarotti.
