Pretty decent little Christmas movie
But very much in the spirit of A Christmas Story. We enjoyed it.
shareMy daughter and I just finished it. A lot of fun. Genuine laughs and a sweet ending. It was very much A Christmas Story for Generation X.
Considering I was around that age when the movie took place it really brought me back. I not only owned the exact same jacket Jake wore but I still have my Billy Ripken #@#$ Face baseball card. God, I had forgotten the Cabbage Patch Doll craze. I remember my buddy's mom had one and we shot a "Chucky/Child's Play" movie with his video camera using the doll.
