So very well done......

For the past few years, I have been watching a great deal of programming from outside of the US and it continues to amaze me how many wonderfully crafted foreign shows there are that receive such little notice in the US.

One other thing I've noticed is that more often than not, programs from Russia or that part of the world sometimes are pretty bad and I don't know if that is due to translation issues or if those countries are trying to mimic other successful shows and can't get it down right.

But Dead Mountain - such a wonderfully crafted series from the acting, filming and dialog - is a mystery to me that more people are not viewing it.

I did have some issues with it, (for example, in the last episode, the focus on the boy-girl relationships did not warrant the attention that they gave the two couples - to me, they didn't establish a good enough reason to feel greatly attached to their turmoil that seemed to drag on), but overall, a really good series.
