Since Roth is actually capable of making violent and kinda edgy films, I do look forward to this. However, I can't help being a bit concerned about the choice of Willis as the leading man. He used to be good, very good, but the guy's old and does not exactly seem to be in great shape. Bronson was in his 50s, but was extremely fit and had an incredible screen presence. I'm not too familiar with Willis' latest work, but what do you guys think? Does he still have it?
shareI'm disappointed. I love Charles Bronson, and I love the Death Wish films, the first probably the most.
I'm no fan of Bruce Willis. He just doesn't do it for me.
But then again Bronson is unique. No one should be measured against him. They can't win, so best not to look at it that way.
Willis still has a stunning screen presence, his latest movie cameo was amazing! As long as Death Wish has a good script and the studio doesn't send notes it has a good chance.
