1. The urinating prawn and Wikus telling him off. Hilarious!

2. The eviction scenes, the spoken responses of the Prawns , how they understand their rights and answer the doors to the MNU . But especially When Wikus is trying to evict Christopher and he says 'don' t point your tentacles at me'! And then threatens to take his son to child services. Also during when Christopher's son throws the lollipop and Wikus says ' You almost poked my eye out with a *beep* lollipop' ! brilliant, Genius!

3. The South African resident talking about the Prawns and explains that they check the brand on the trainers before stealing them and killing you.

4. Every time Wikus says the *beep* word, his accent makes it hilarious and I think that's one of the reasons there are so many *beep* words.

4. Every scene featuring the Prawns addiction to cat food! Even the name 'Puddi' ha.

There's so many more I could be sad enough to list, The well balanced humour filled script with perfect timing made it for me along with the realistic balanced cgi.

Youre the *beep* problem you *beep* Dr White honkin jam-rag *beep* spunk-bubble!

You kidding? This movie is about as funny as the JFK assassination...

And the accent isn't what is changing the f-word, he is actually using the South African slang "fook" or "fokk" which, FYI, mean exactly the same thing. Other South African slang such as "mizungo" also appears in the film.

Lighten up. It's not all serious! :) There are several scenes that are darkly humorous. Maybe not laugh out loud hilarious, but definitely some scenes lighten the tone a bit. I always chuckle when Wikus gives the little alien kid the candy and calls it a "sweetie" and the kid hucks it back at Wikus hitting him in the eye :)

"Where are you little guy? It's the sweetie man.." Hahahah

When wikus finally comes home for his surprise party, he says to his wife 'I think i crapped my pants', and then 'SURPRISE!!' screamed all the guests.

The rumors that he had inter-special sex with a prawn and how it spread through media outlets. the nigerian gangsters laughing at him was pretty funny.

Got a quarter tank of gas in my new E-class....

The scene that I was laughing at was when the government swiftly starts using Wilkus to test alien weapons. That's the first thing they do once they discover he's developed a mutation. I found that incredibly funny in a cynical way. Nobody asks him how he feels. Nobody asks him if he can think clearly. Nobody asks him if he can still use his arm. They just take him to a shooting range to find out if the alien weapons can be used!!! That made me laugh, I have to say.

1. Just about everything Wikus does or says.

2. When Koobus calls Wikus "Dikus".

3. When Wikus is desperately running from the MNU guys and falls down into the secret escape podule down below the alien's shack and the first thing he says is, "You guys shouldn't have all these computers down here, I mean, this is bad.. This is a FINE."

4. When Wikus is trying to buy meat from the Nigerians and he sees the cat food and he gets all excited and he's like, "Is that CAT FOOD???? I'll have some of THAT, guys!!!"

When Wikus gets shot in the bulletproof vest while infiltrating MNU then immediately Electro-guns the soldier into a million pieces.

Christopher Johnson: I thought you said no killing?

Wikus: He shot at me!

"No f@cking sh`t lady does it sound like I'm ordering a pizza!"

Christopher's F-bomb made that scene for me. The dude exploding is so unexpected that even the alien agrees with what the audience is thinking.

When the MNU eviction team moves in and the first words we see a prawn say are "**** off!";

When Christopher's son chucks the lollipop at Wikus' head;

When Wikus blows up that first guy during the MNU raid and Christopher yells "****!" (that one had me hysterical);

And when Wikus in the battlesuit killed that 1st Battalion guy with a pig. :-D

Wikus is having so much fun when they discover the house full of prawn eggs. He is so jovial while he aborts two of the "little ones". And then when they torch the shack, he describes the "popcorn" with such relish.

When the military guy is boasting that he will find Wikus, "it's gonna be clean and ... it's gonna be quiet ... [he's] got no idea what's coming his way". Then the next thing that happens is Wikus blows the crap out of the MNU headquarters with an alien gun.

When Wikus gets into the mech and says "Alright let's have a look ..." but the mech has plans of its own and it immediately integrates with his backside, which sounds rather painful! (I can't quite tell what he screams at that point.)

The way the lightning gun makes people explode like watermelons.

And yeah the pig was a great little addition. Unexpected, I didn't even know he had a gravity gun.
