I cannot watch it because of the low Metacritic score. But glad you liked it.

I usually just check the IMDB rating. If it's above 5 and I'm curious (or bored) I watch it.

I watched it because I think Nic Cage is a very entertaining actor. He has limited screen time in this one but really hams it up and delivers a Cage-level performance anyway.

I really enjoyed it.
