If it's a musical, I HAVE to see it! I'll even watch "Joker" first, which is supposed to be a great movie, but which really sounds too depressing for my tastes.

shareAre they trying to retain their comic book fans and bring in additional female muscial fans (via Gaga)? Rudimentary mathematics would have you believe this could be a huge hit given the success of the first and the pausibility of additional fans. But I reckon it won't work out.
The 2019 film is championed by many who bemoan 'woke' films. I wonder if they will sour to this, as this sounds like a more feminine slant on the original. A musical, with Gaga? Sounds 'woke' to me.
Was it a musical or just a movie with a bunch of songs, at least 3 of which were used in commercials?
