My only criticism

Is that I wanted to see the performers from Woodstock today, you know, making cameos in the film. But there was no Jimi Hendrix or Janis Joplin or Jerry Garcia. Very disappointing, I mean, come on, what are those guys doing today that makes them too buisy to do a cameo, I haven't seen any of them in years.

Are you serious.
It's impossible to make a cameo (unless digitally mastered) if your dead. You mean you wanted lifelike actors?

The movie isn't about really about concert really, its an important part of the film. Its more about Elliot Tiber and his journey and how he brought woodstock to his small upstate NY town.

Three of the actors in "Taking Woodstock" playing groupies were made up to look a lot like Jim Morrison, Janis Joplin, and Jimi Hendrix to remind us of the times.

Really?

If Jimmy Hendrix was alive today, this is what he would he have to say: LET ME OUT !!!

Lol. Well Dylan's still around as well as Peter Paul and Mary, but they didn't do cameos either...

Actually, Hendrix was slated to do a cameo, but his agent wanted too much money.
