Are you kidding me? (Spoilers)
Dewey survives all the Scream movies, survives Billy and Stu, survives Mrs Loomis and Mickey, survives Roman, and he gets taken out by this bland forgettable teenage girl?
I would be completely fine with it if it was Stu and he killed Dewey, but its a spit in the face to the franchise and his character to have him taken out by such a forgettable throwaway character like Amber who i barely could remember her name.
