I like how this film is meta critical of the Star Wars Sequel Trilogy, especially with how they talk about how Rian Johnson made a part 8 that disrespected the fans of the original. Also it seems like Dewey in this film is like Han Solo in The Force Awakens, especially in getting killed. As well, Sam is essentially Rey with her being both the new heroine and the descendant of the original villain.

I don’t know the exact time stamp, but the scene where they hate on Rian Johnson and Episode 8 is when they have the meeting where they talk about the rules for a “requel.”

Is that around 60 minutes in, 30 minutes in 45 minutes in roughly?

It may be. I’m not sure. I saw the movie in theaters and wasn’t paying attention to the time passage

Okay, at about the 39 minute mark they mention requels and Star Wars, are you sure they say the "Knives Out" guy?

Yes. That’s the scene they are referring to Rian Johnson

They even mention the "mary sue" trope and someone asks what that is but they don't get an answer, haha

its really just a joke making fun of hardcore fans and current Hollywood agenda , also having a laugh on forced diversity
