I can't with that ridiculous age difference. Alicent actress is 1 year older then her adult son Aegon

They really should have gone with older actress for older Alicent. It's ridiculous. They don't even try to make her look older with fake wrinkles and stuff. She looks like she is 25.

Olivia Cooke is 30 years old! Actor who plays her adult son Aegon is 29 years old. And he is suppose to be like 20+ because he has 2 children of his own now. Her second adult son is played by Ewan Mitchell who is 27 years old.

So at the age of 30 actress Olivia Cooke is already grandmother!!! Because she is suppose to be around 40. Even if all of them married and had children very early.

At least Cersei actress really looked like a mother of 17 years old children. But Olivia Cooke looks even younger then her own age. When she has interactions with her adult sons she does not look like their mother. She looks like their sister. Because all of them are same age.

Yeah, they screwed the aging....

The reality is that Daemon should have been played by someone else in the first half of S01. So should have Criston Cole and maybe Otto. Then you bring in their actors now. Criston Cole should've been portrayed as basically slightly older than Rhaenyra.

I also think it's possible that Aegon could be like 18 in-universe. He had kids instantly when he could. With Aemond like 16-17. Making Alicent plausibly like 35. Otto maybe mid 50's.

Yes. And they should have cast 18-20 years old as Aegon and Aemond. Instead of almost 30 years old dudes.

Actor who plays son of Rhaenyra is 20 and was 19 when filming.
