considering Rhaenyra still looks prety much the same, its just weird that she is looks about as old as her and Alicent suddenly, cant they find someone younger?

She was little in Episode 2. We've already had a few time jumps in this show. She's in her teens now...

I suppose this is the only explanation but still looked a little odd in Ep5.

Yeah that look dumb as fuck, shes a child one episode, now shes the same age as Rhaenyra, and Rhaenyra looks exactly the same and hasn't aged a day since Laena was a child.

She was 12 in episode 2 and roughly four years has passed so she would be 16 in episode 5. Looks about right to me.
