Could we, just for once, have a down to earth viking movie or show?
It seems that anything Viking must have obligatory visions, dreams, magic, prophecies, seers, witches and gods interacting with the characters.
There is no magic in the movie.
Fox leading him around by the nose to magic shaman, leading him to magic sword guarded by zombies
Ravens cutting him lose
Visions of his unborn kiddos, one a king
Chariot ride(s) to Valhalla
other than those, yeah.
Unborn kid is the only one somewhat unrealistic.
Everything else is just how he sees the world. It's all in his head.
