When i started my job back in early 00s the older ones there (even slightly older ones) thought I was dumb (some even said this in various ways to my face!), then after a few years I was still there and the younger ones were coming in with their new speak ('like') and I thought they were dumb (not that I said anything esp not to their face!), its just the way it goes ,, but I can just imagine what the 'new' generation must be like with sm, tiktok, influencers etc
Who knows, instead of talking they could just be sat with their faces buried in Tik Tok and face timing each other while in the same room so they can spam emojis. Then they all do tik tok dances and talk about Instagram drama and who needs to be cancelled.

depends who and when. in israel gen z are now in the millatery. some of them are very tough and serve in special forces units. as a milenial i admit on myself that i'm soft and i know alot of other people who are soft from my generation
