I didn't see the film yet but from pictures and porn videos available I have to say that she is an average looking woman. Her face is OK-ish, but she has no bust to speak of, is too skinny and overall her body proportions are not super attractive, to be polite. I don't understand why people call her "gorgeous". I'm not talking about bedroom skills here, just looks. I understand that tastes differ, but I think she's a bit of an acquired taste type.
share I am totally unfamiliar with the work for which she is best known, but I think its must be he skill set rather than her looks to account for her popularity. There is nothing wrong with her appearance, but she is not a notable beauty.

The people trashing Sasha Grey's looks are probably the same ones who think Brittney Spears, Ashley Tisdale, and Jessica Simpson are hotties. Yeah, generic, lets look just like everyone else is attractive.....NOT!!! You can go anywhere on the US, throw a stick, and you'll hit 5 bleached blond that look just like Brittney Spears. Its disgusting. Granted, Sasha had odd features, but they work as a whole. In fact, she's rather feminine and statuesque. Best of all she doesn't look like everyone else.

I'd say she looks somewhat exotic. She doesn't look like a pure-bred white girl - there can be any kind of admixture in her. When she talked about her cotton bud experience, it was obvious that she should be marketed not as girlfriend sexperience, but as a frail-looking whore - a submissive beast for some bizarre s&m action.

Er, I actually agree with what you consider her best... asset... but I can't fathom claiming anything about her as horrible, unless you consider it to be her regular field of work.
The only thing Sasha Grey has going for her is that she looks like Keira Knightley. If you want an acting porn star with curves then Jayden Jaymes would have been perfect for a role like this.

I think Sasha is quite beautiful -- gorgeous hair and skin, alluring eyes and sensual lips. And her body is stunning. Guys who get hung up on the big boobs thing are missing out on the joys of women with small "perky" (to quote the Erotic Connoisseur) breasts.
BTW, I am also familiar with Ms. Grey's "other" film credits, and she is actually much prettier than your average porn star -- which I think accounts for much of her appeal as an adult film star.
