When I watched the movie I kept having the feeling that this is like some kind of a tribute to Guy Ritchies Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels or Snatch. Does anyone else feels this way too?

Oh, definitely--that's why I liked it. It's like the director and writer saw a a lot of Guy Ritchie films they liked, and decided to come up with an African-American version of a film like his, with his style all over it. That's what made this a unique and funny film (and not just another predictable hood flick, thank goodness. Loved it, and found it to be hilarious, the cast was great---too had this wasn't a bigger flick,because it's kind of unknown.
