Terrible pacing.

Showing people doing nothing with no purpose, not moving the plot forwards or developing the story or characters is boring, simple as that.

Stick to the Fast&Furious movies, they are supposedly more your speed.

You’re kidding right? This movie was very average. Hopelessly subpar. Just so nothing. A nothing plot with nothing character development. The directors are all bark and no bite. He has creative ideas but no ability to script coherent plots or characters around them. They have their seedling but aren’t given any enriched water to grow

It was very superficial and lacklustre. The opening areas of the movie had some faint promise, that's it.

It had a very interesting underlying premise concerning the creature and what it does, but otherwise I struggled to really get into it. It felt like the characters were written for a different type of movie.
