A plot hole regarding the Green Goblin

How do Doc Ock and Sandman know that the Green Goblin and Norman Osborn are one and the same? That was never public knowledge in the Raimi films. Peter removed the Goblin outfit from his corpse before dropping him off at Harry’s house.

Edit: Ok, it’s more of a continuity error than a plot hole.

It's not just the Green Goblin either, Electro never knew who Peter Parker was, never even heard of him. He thought Spider-Man was black (wink wink Miles Morales wink). So why was he dragged into the MCU universe?

I think it likely came out over time that Osborn was the Goblin. Osborn was dead, Oscorp made the glider, and there is a trail of bodies everywhere. It's not a problem since The Sandman is still alive, but doesn't make sense for Ock, since he died not long after Osborn; and hos identity was still unknown.
