um ya... when hasnt he? he used the time stone in his solo movie multiple times.
he then tried to use it against THanos's henchman in the first fight in NY. he then used it to see the path to victory. and likely would have used it if he could to win but there was only one path..
it would be out of character if he wasnt happy to meddle in the mcu movie verse at least
Though the other times there were more pressing reasons to meddle.

Seems like there would have been a few other options to beat Thanos. Like telling Thor to go for the head, or telling StarLord not to screw up, or calling Capt. Marvel sooner, or getting Wanda into the fight right away, or using one of those magic circle thingies to remove the gauntlet and the hand inside it from Thanos...
