The special effects/dfx? I dont expect it to be good, just wondering if it has cool fx.

Special effects don't surprise anymore. We've seen it all already. It wasn't like 1999.

There’s some cool effect that I haven’t seen before where one character moves at normal speed while interacting with characters moving in slow motion for an extended period

Nope. I was honestly surprised by how little action there was in this movie. Despite how people may feel about Matrix 2-3 they at least had great action sequences in them.

This one doesn't have anything memorable at all.

Thats horrible for a 2 1/2 hr movie. Matrix Reloaded is my fav, that fight scene on the steps was delightful.

The machines are cool.
There is a lot of action but most of it is really boring
