Cheerleaders, such a peculiarly American obsession, i have never quite understood the concept. Its like the Japanese and their obsession with schoolgirls.

beauty is subjective . just because you dont think they are attractive enough, in your opinion to be cheerleaders, does not mean that they are ugly, but that you are superficial .
