Michelle Pfeiffer, Eva Green, Helena Bonham Carter, and Johnny Depp were really good in this movie... And there were a lot of really hilarious scenes/lines, but I honestly think Chloe Moretz flat out ruined the film. She was just horrible, and her character was so poorly written...
I really think that if the film had ended 20 minutes earlier, and her character had been cut completely, this would have been a great movie.

I totally agree with you.
The movie was enjoyable to sit through (Depp's acting and character made it worthwhile) but it wasn't anything special that would blow me away.
I tolerated Chloe's character - until the end, when during the climatic fight it turns out that she's been a werewolf all this time. I was like, "What the *beep* That is just lazy writing and that can ruin a film. It did so for me.

Chloe is awful. I usually avoid any movie she's in, I didn't know she was in this....soon as I saw her I groaned. Doesn't she have any other expression than stank face??? I hate her.
