OKAY, before the flames start, I have to say this;

I continue to watch these films because of one thing - the fact that they're just SO purposely poorly done that you HAVE to laugh at it. I mean, if you expect to go into these films and watch a masterpiece, you're....a bit out of it, honestly.

People fail to realize that they really ARE supposed to be bad, so bad to the point that they're funny.

...At least I think so. If not, then, yeah. I still think they're pretty funny.

[This is coming from someone who watches almost any movie and enjoys it, however - I'm a film freak.]

i honestly thought the jokes that were about the movie were pretty *beep* funny, the pop culture jokes are awfully tired and old

OK... Well i could feel my IQ drop during this movie. But i still thought it was hilarious. THAT is how the movie was supposed to be. What were you expecting?

They just mucked with the wrong MEXICAN!

This movie may have been made to look bad, but even if it was, that in no way makes it funnier, not like a Mad Tv Sketch were they pretend like they cant act and that there is terrible editing, this movie is simply terrible. Its 90 minutes of Pop culture references and gay jokes.

How ever i am curious how it got a higher rating than epic movie, they are both garbage, but i got a laugh or 2 out of the Darrell Hammond's Jack Sparrow impression.

people keep saying that its supposed to be bad and thats why its funny.. ok if a movie is suppsed to be bad, its still bad? a movie intended to be bad will be bad so im not gonna open my mind to how funny MTS's is if its bad! this is honestly the dumbest movie ever. and disaster movie looks even worse. they think its funny to see Hulk's pants fall off or have iron man get toppled over by a cow and have hannah montana get ran over by a rock and making fun of painted abs on soldiers in 300 for 90 minutes. that *beep* isnt funny. i know everyone has different opinions and all that but you honestly cant say that it deserves credit!

bottom line its trash i hate these movies, enjoy thinking otherwise

Except its not purposely bad, they actually think its funny. They wouldnt really make a movie thats bad on purpose. I didnt even think this was funny because it was so bad, it was just so bad it was BAD.......didnt laugh once.

I'm a film freak and I think Seltzer and Friedberg are dumbasses. F- these guys and f- their movies, and I'm sorry, I'm sure you're a lovely person, but f- your taste in movies too!

Okay, now that I got that out of my system, yeah, these movies are not supposed to be bad. They're supposed to be entertaining, and they don't even try anymore. They flat out tell you what they're referencing. There are no jokes and nothing redeeming. At all.

i usually do not comment on movies i dislike, but this one is simply and amazingly disgusting.. up to this point i thought the worst movie ever is freddy got fingered, but this one just pushes the limits way too far.. why in the world should there be puking babies, boils spraying crap all over the place, poop stuck to someone's cheek and so much saliva after sneezing.. those are just few things that simply make me sick and i can't understand what is funny about that.. well maybe when it was used in a movie for the first it was shocking and maybe a bit funny, but those days are long gone..
i do admit i liked the first scary movie and watched it over several times.. but this one is simply detestable..

Ok. I do understand that they are meant to be bad, but there are two types of bad. The first type is the "So bad it's entertaining". I can think of a couple films that fit in this category such as WWE's "See No Evil", which might be the funniest non-intentional comedy I have ever seen. The second type is the "So bad it's making me angry how stupid this film is". The movies that fall into this category are: Date Movie, Epic Movie, Meet the Spartans, Superhero Movie, The Covenant, and Disaster Movie I am sure will fit right in there. I guess I just fail to see the humor in making millions of pop culture references that aren't really funny and have nothing to do with the story. The writers are atrocious, though I do give them credit for exploiting the morons who enjoy this crap (i'm not calling you a moron so please don't take it is that is just a generalization of their audience). They are ruining the spoof genre that was mastered by Mel Brooks and then Leslie Neilsen.
