I thought the movie had some strange scenes (spoilers)

Allison’s suicide attempt was an abrupt scene in the movie for example. And yet after Bill rushes to the hospital and sees her on a ventilator with ligature marks on her throat, the scene disappears within seconds and not a single character even mentions it again.

seems they cut many scenes cuz it was too long

i'd add the kid he had in the basement for a week just conveniently walked away ? I get him not going to the cops but he had some hooligan & moped buddies that would insist on catching back up with bill
