Maybe Bordeaux Boy is suggesting that the English title kind of sounds like something a Vietnamease or Phillipino prostitute might say to a client. ie "I love you so Loooong boy" or "I love you so looong, G.I.". This comes to my mind when I here the title, but admitedly I wouldn't have bothered starting a thread about it.
