A. Brie Larson and all the forced diversity?

B. Having to watch multiple TV shows on Disney+ to follow the story?

C. Superhero and Marvel fatigue

I would say mixture of B and C.

I said my farewell to Marvel with guardians of the Galaxy 3.
I'm not going to sit through 3 or 4 mediocre TV shows every year to be up to date on an endless franchise.

You don't need to do that. Each film is a self-contained story that requires no previous knowledge. You can enjoy a richer narrative and follow a larger story arc by seeing other stuff, but I've yet to see an MCU film that required any backstory other than Endgame.

I don't think anyone needs to have seen any shows to follow the films. Just like the films themselves, while they create an interwoven narrative, each one is self-contained. The Marvels is unlikely to be any different.
