Ep 1 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9, The Finale)

Two for two.

Very cool. 3 for 3.

4 for 4. It's a shame it's only a limited series, but maybe they can keep it going like The Leftovers.

5 for 5. Excellent.

Are you bothered any by the number and duration of flashbacks scenes? I haven't read the novel to know if its structured this way as well, but it seems to slow the pacing down and make it harder to watch.

I would kind of prefer a more linear timeline.

6 & 7 weren't as good as the others. Not bad, but there was too much crammed into 6, and 7 uses a storytelling approach with our protagonist that I've never been a fan of in any film or show. Also, after not being sure at all, I now feel strongly about where this is all heading as far as climax and resolution.

8 was like 6 and 7, too much crammed in, but 9 was much better.

Still too much crammed into the final eps, and there was a slice of cheese in the finale, but I still liked what they were shooting for despite not quite executing everything.
