Wouldn't this be locked up with the rights to the FF. Did Marvel get them back yet?

I'm pretty sure Disney (including Marvel) acquired Fox's Entertainment Division, which would include those rights...

I can't find any news about this movie at all. It's odd considering that there is a release date -- 12/19/19
