Fails as both a horror film and a comedy
It's not funny. It's not scary. You can see the twist coming within the first 10 minutes and the kills suck too. Nick Frost fooled me into thinking this would be a good movie.
shareAbsolutely sucked and like you say, does not reward as either a comedy or a horror. The basis for the comedy was pretty much characters using colourful language, like the kids and the elderly lady F'ing and blinding. That was it as far as the source of comedy, as if we're supposed to find it hilarious each time they say bad words. It's like it was written by a young immature teenager. I could have come up with something funnier.
The only positive you can say about it is that it's quite short so you don't have to endure the misery too long.
Have you seen Nighty Night?
Sounds like it was nowhere near as good as that.
