What about (really) big kids? Would they enjoy it...asking for a friend.

I doubt it. They'd be on their phones within 5 mins and be waiting for it to finish they can go back to their rooms and be alone.

Would children enjoy it on a clear, dry day? Or at night?

No, not good enough to give up a nice day outside to sit in front of the screen for an hour and a half watching it.
