Even though he be stabbed herself as a way of killing Hercules crazy brother but how did she manage to survive.
shareThe way this part of the movie plays out is awkward. It seems like she was dying, but the scene suddenly (right after one of them finishes saying a line) fades to her giving birth.
I have to wonder if she did originally die, but it tested poorly, leading to the ending being re-shot.
the knife went more through her shoulder and missed her heart. When she lay "dying" I was actually saying to myself that she shouldn't be dying at all because the knife wasn't near her heart. If there'd been more blood I would've thought she nicked an artery, but there was very little. I was actually glad to see her alive because, unless the wound became infected she shouldn't die.

This movie made it seem like she was going to die and Hercules reacted that way.
