Meaning (if any) of the brief post credit scene

I don't think I'd ever noticed it there the prior two times I watched this. After the credits there is a brief scene of Susie who then reaches up with a black hand/arm and seems to wipe something on the wall.

Any thoughts on this? Her arm looked like the Death that manifested earlier to kill Markos and her supporters. And I remember Susie tells Madame Blanc that she wants to be the "hands of the company". So was it just a reference to that?

I watched this last night - also for probably the third time since it came out - and wondered the same thing. According to Wikipedia,

'In a post-credits scene, Susie stares approvingly at something outside the academy.'

which doesn't explain a lot. I agree she appeared to be wiping something.
