To all homosexuals
Do you actually LIKE this movie's representation of your kind? Or do you find it preachy and insulting?
Do you actually LIKE this movie's representation of your kind? Or do you find it preachy and insulting?
"Your kind".
shareYes, of course. No-one chooses to change gender, I've never heard anything so retarded. You're BORN with your sexual orientation. So therefore, "your kind".
Your post was about gay people, not transgender people.
share"...Your post was about gay people, not transgender people."
Please enlighten us. What percentage of transgender (by the way, not a scientific possibility) people are NOT gay?
ENOUGH. NOEMOJI
shareSince (in your opinion) it's not scientifically possible to be transgender, your question make no sense.
The point is that sexual orientation and gender identity are completely different things. The movie in question doesn't have a trans character, so why bring them into this?
"Since (in your opinion) it's not scientifically possible to be transgender, your question make no sense."
So, you are saying that someone's genetic code (science) can somehow be magically changed? Are you saying that a person with XY chromosomes can be made (transformed) into someone with XX chromosomes and vice versa? Are you a science denier?
"The point is that sexual orientation and gender identity are completely different things. The movie in question doesn't have a trans character, so why bring them into this?"
On your first point, gender is a social construct. For 99.9999% of the world population, when a baby is born it is either male or female; sex and gender are exactly the same. Those who are born male but later on in life self-identify as female have mental stability issues, as do those in the opposite.
On your 2nd point, and to clarify, I didn't bring trans characters into any part of this thread - someone else did.
I know that the OP brought trans people into this, you just simply implied that all trans people are gay. If a trans person cannot exist because of science, how can all trans people be gay? It makes no sense.
share"The cognitive dissonance is strong with this one..."
I'm done with your shit. Go fuck yourself.
I am sorry that you are unable to understand the point I'm trying to make. To get angry though and to tell me to go fuck myself?? Really? I don't know you. I don't think I've conversed with you before, but if it makes you feel better??
shareNone of what you said has anything to do with what the post is about. sslssg didn't mention trans people so why respond with a bunch of stuff about trans people?
shareProbably very low. Trans people believe they are the gender they transition to, so it's more likely than not, in their eyes, that they're straight.
shareIf you are born a man, transition to become a woman and have a relationship with a man, that does not mean you are straight. lol
shareI agree but trans people don't.
shareOkay it just sounded like you were tiptoeing around their delusional fantasies.
shareNot at all. Trans people believe they really are the gender they transition to, so in their eyes, they're not gay. Trans men are women in my eyes.
shareWould you date a trans man?
shareWHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH ANYTHING?🤔
shareNo. Even though it's a female, I don't like chicks that look like dudes.
shareWhat if they looked like a female and you couldn´t tell the difference superficially?
shareShaky waters. I could compare that to someone looking like they're 18+ but they're really not.
shareNot sure what being of legal age or not has any relevance to the question. Would you knowingly date a born male who for all intents and purposes looked female?
shareYOU ARE HAMMERING AWAY AT A POINT THAT MAKES NO SENSE...YOUR POINT SEEMINGLY BEING THAT YOUR DICK DECIDES WHO A PERSON IS.
shareGod decides the gender of a person. I am just curious about SJ´s position which seems inconsistent. He says he doesn´t like women who "look like dudes" but believes gender can be chosen and yet, he assumes those who choose to change gender "look like dudes". He is already inherently distinguishing between a trans man, "female" and a biological female by being attracted to one and not the other.
shareNo, I wouldn't. I brought up the age thing thing to make a comparison. I wouldn't date someone who is 12 even though she looked 20. I was trying to make the point that it's not about how they look.
shareNobody is born with their sexual orientation. Most people don't even have one until they're at least ten years old, and it can change throughout your lives. I know people who didn't become gay until they were in their 30s and 40s.
shareNo scientific evidence at all that people are born gay. It's learned behavior. Stop pushing this false narrative.
