So I had no idea there was a char called Moon Knight. I do recall this char being there in Lego Marvel Superheroes video game and so it was good to see what this char was all about. At least good to know he is some sort of a superhero. Seems like a Deadpool tbh minus the weird humor with regeneration powers and the magic suit that appears.

It's a little silly that he operates at "night" or when the moon is out as such but then again there were scenes during day as well so who knows.

The whole Egyptian mythology is fascinating and ancient and filled with wondrous things so good to see a char based on that.

The acting was top notch from the guy in those wretchedly horrible Star Wars movies. His take as a British guy and American guy was amazing and I loved his British and American renditions. He was absolutely terrific in both.

The chick is good looking and did a great job. The animation and CGI is really good too. Ethan Hawke was amazing and tbh near the end what is real got a bit confusing.

What I understood is there's some multiple personality disorder things going on between Ethan Hawke and Marc Spector and they're both fruitcakes in some mental hospitals having being previously possessed by these Egyptian deities. At the end however, Hawke's bye bye arrived by another personality of Marc so that was interesting. Perhaps when they were blacking out before it's because of this crazy 3rd personality that's on crazy kill mode.

A Season 2 would definitely be welcome given he's an interesting superhero with actual powers (health regeneration, super speed, strength, combat skills and flight and boomerangs and suit that deflects bullets etc.)

Overall I rate it 8.25/10. Marvel really knows how to make interesting shows.

Character.

It's used widely in C programming and a short representation of "character".

Seriously? The only thing you've seen him in is the Star Wars films? It's time to hit his filmography—he's done a lot of good work.

(PS: there's a lot of other great actors in the SW world. I shouldn't have to name names.)

I don't think that's official yet,but I can't imagine they won't. I think that's pretty much the reason the show exists.

It was kinda okay and I'm a big Marvel fan. I thought the first 3 episodes were better than the other three. The villain was much more interesting before he released his master.

The first three episodes were a bit drawn out, especially when he's dealing with lost time and the other personality. Wasn't until they left England and the Egyptian aspect took over that it was interesting, especially when the hippo goddess showed up.

I was disinterested the first 2-3 episodes. It was well-made, but pretty standard. I even thought Steven was hilarious. That first scene (or very early on) with him was funny. Costume looked great, acting was fine, etc., but I wasn't enamored. But as the show went on, it really hooked me.

I loved the split personalities, especially as they got to the reveal, started to care for one another, and were in the afterlife together. I like mythology, Hawke is a very good villain, and it just got better and better the more i saw.

Moonknight has been around since the mid 70's. I don't recall this split personality thing, tho. I think somewhere along the way, his origin was slightly changed.

LOL. . .to say the least.

Moon Knight has come a LONG way from his first appearance(s). Mercenary/bad guy/hero/undercover personas/split personalities/powers/no powers/etc, etc, etc.

Essentially, as is often the case w/comics, whenever there was a new creative team they did a SHOCKING REVEAL! EVERYTHING YOU KNOW WAS WRONG! storyline.

It's one of the more annoying things with (some) comics.

6/10 here. I liked the show, Moon Knight and Marc Spector were good. In my opinion, I'm not a fan of Oscar Isaac's Steven Grant and Mr Knight, not a fan of those two at all, should not have portrayed them like that. The show was ok, way better than most MCU shows and is probably the best one so far. And honestly, most of... if not all the MCU shows feel rushed, lack the spirit and lack the passion the way the Marvel Netflix shows had. Moon Knight starring someone like Oliver Jackson-Cohen would have benefited on Netflix many years ago, if only they had the rights to Moon Knight back then. It is a real shame they chose to skip the Jake Lockley stuff, they could have easily made a few more episodes featuring that part of his personality. Oh well...

I did enjoy a good portion of the show.
