I gave it a 9 but it definitely doesnt deserve a 9.0 overall rating on the site, when there are only 3 that have it and 2 of them of Godfather 1 and 2 there clearly is no place for 500, with that said i *beep* loved this movie, and this is coming from a masculine guy who doesnt really like romantic comedies but something, actually many things about it were brilliant in my mind, it was one of those movies i couldnt stop thinking about and just how intelligent and enjoyable it was

I gave it a 10. I tend to rate films against other films of their kind, and as far as Romantic Comedies go this is one of the best I've ever seen.
shareI gave it an 8/10. I didn't consider it a romantic comedy, more of a dark comedy like Hi-Fidelity or Modern Romance. When I think of a romantic comedy, I think of Annie Hall or When Harry Met Sally. All those films are brilliant in their own ways. This film hits people on a gut level because many people have had a similar relationship at some point in their lives.
I actually liked the ending, although it would have been interesting if the last "chapter" would have gone back to around day 28 after karaoke when Summer and Tom have that conversation about being friends and she walks away, leaving him standing in front of the bar, he walks the opposite way, and fade to black.
I don't like sticky.
Nah, I rated it 6/10. There are a lot of better movies out there. If this movie had 9/10 it would be #3 or #4 on the top 250, which just isn't the right place for this movie. Although most of the top 250 is just fan-boy based, just the big budget movies that got a lot of fans because of succes in the theaters or very well executed CGI. There just are a lot of better movies out there, check out The Elephant Man by David Lynch, Werckmeister Harmóniác by Béla Tarr or Oldeuboi (Oldboy) by Chan-wook Park just to name a few. These movies should be up the top 250 but anyway, I think I made my point. Everyone got its own opinion, right?

shareI gave it a 10. Slightly bias I guess, because I'm completely and utterly in love with both Zooey and JGL. But the film is utterly perfect.
(Even though we were all secretly hoping that they got together in the end)

A niner yea.. Gave it regardless the fact that autumn could have come after the movie end only.
shareI gave it a 10. For me, it was a perfect film...I know it's that kind of a movie where someone gives it a 7, someone an 8, someone a 10! It's about how you connect with the story. I, for example, felt like it was made for me specifically!
