Jennifer can act
Is what shocked me about this movie.
Yes, I was expecting and empty fluffy rom com, and it was, but I was also expecting that Jennifer could not act at all. She did better than I was expecting
Jennifer Lopez is more than capable of delivering a good performance. Even back in the '90s in stuff like SELENA or OUT OF SIGHT or even ANACONDA. But she's settled for these lazy rom-coms because it's an easy paycheck.
