I ask myself the same question...I don´t know what really happened to her.
I think she died...but how? I have no idea.

She's the victim we see immediately thereafter the cop car scene btwn killer and British woman..the victim that's killed by him when he prances in on all 4s with the white mask on, the mask that when fully revealed is the Italian doctor mask(long beakish nose mask)..

We see her murder up close and personal as he creeps up behind her with the two fingertip blades that we see him force into her jugular..

That victim is the same victim from the previous scene..the British woman with car trouble..
