Is there any story in the movie or is it just violent scenes?

I started watching the film with high hopes because it was classified as a mystery as well as horror and thriller.

I watched half way and was disappointed because there were no elements that would allude to any kind of mystery in the story. There's just a violent scene after another.

So is there some kind of a plot twist or surprise element or some secret revealed in the end? In another words: is it worth watching for someone who enjoys a good story or is it violence all the way?

As far as I can remember, it's pretty much just a fake documentary. I don't remember there being much of a story.

Thats reallly the one major, viable criticism of the film

The movie is basically torture pornography. There is no message about crime, violence, filmmaking etc
