Best lines

Roxanne and Megamind have discovered that Metro Man faked his death, and are confronting him about it.

Roxanne: "How could you do this??! You left us in the hands of [Indicates Megamind] . . . HIM! No offense."

Megamind: "No, I'm with you."

Megamind: Miss Ritchi... we meet again.
Roxanne Ritchi: Would it kill you to wash the bag?

"You're so naive, Roxy. You see the good in everyone, even when it's not there. You're living a fantasy. There is no Easter Bunny. There is no Tooth Fairy. There is no Queen of England!"

"Wait a minute.. (sniff sniff) Are you wearing Jean Paul Gaultier's Pour Homme?" (and he pronounces the H)

And this isn't a line but the forget-me stick was funny..

So many funny parts. One that comes to mind near the end, (spoilers) is when Megamind is back in prison and flicking through the channels. He hits a channel with a live feed of Titan saying "Megamind!" And flicks right past it.

Too many to count, but one that always makes me laugh even though it's not really a line is when Megamind is training Tighten and Tighten is melting his face. The expression Megamind makes always cracks me up

Definately great, as are the other ones mentioned here, but what really cracked me up was the scene in the car on the way to Metro Man's hide-out.

Megamind talks quite seriously, also trying to gain Roxanne's sympathy;
..And then she hit the brakes..

"OH! MY GIANT BLUE HEAD!!"

Not a line but this scene always cracks me up:
Titan: *rips 'invisible' car door off. Sees it empty. Turns head.*
Megamind: *smiles awkwardly, presses lock down*

Roxanne: "You don't judge someone based on their looks."
Megamind/Bernard: *smiles hopefully*
R: "You judge them based on their past actions."
M/B: *stops smiling*

All the above lines are great, but I always loved their banter near the beginning...

[Metroman crashes into the observatory, but finds no one present]
Megamind: [from projector] Over here, old friend! In case you haven't noticed, you've fallen right into my trap!
Metroman: You can't trap justice! It's an idea, a BELIEF!
Megamind: Even the most heartfelt belief can get corroded over time!
Metroman: Justice is a non-corrosive metal!
Megamind: But metals can be melted by the heat of rev-ange!
Metroman: It's REVENGE, and it's best served cold!
Megamind: But it can be easily reheated in the Microwave of Evil!
Metroman: Well, I think your warranty's about to expire!
Megamind: Maybe I got an extended warranty!
Metroman: Warranties are invalid, if used beyond their intended purpose!
Roxanne: Girls, girls, you're both pretty! Can I go home now?!
Megamind: Of course... That is, if Metroman can withstand the full, concentrated power OF THE SUN! FIRE!!


Apologizes if I messed up a bit. Going off of memory here... My younger brother once tried to memorize the movie and I had to watch it with him almost every time.

"Evil is running rampant through the streets!" "I'm tired of running rampant through the streets!"

"Bernard, you were right about that room being exciting."
