Unbelievably amateurish & horrible script

The script was filled with cringe-worthy dialogs & situations. Can't believe it came from a successful director. It was no better than a typical B-Movie script which seems to have written by kids.

The only good thing about it was the action scenes.

what successful director?

Ever heard of Zack Snyder?
300, Watchmen, Man of Steel, Batman v Superman, Justice League - do these ring a bell?

reply

Yeh , they were crap hahaha , id say 300 and Justice League were ok , the rest were ploppy poo poo

reply

Haven't watched this yet, but the whole vibe I am getting from this production is that of one of those cheezy direct-to-RedBox action/horror movies.

reply

Bingo, that's the vibe i got , the acting was horrid , the story all over the place , so very meh

reply

Actually, B-movie zombie flicks are better than this.

Try Daylight's End with Johnny Strong. WAAAAAAY better action sequences and Johnny Strong is badass in that.

Also Blood Quantum is a much better and more sensibly written zombie flick (for the most part).

Stakeland isn't necessarily about zombies per se, but it's close enough and as a low-budget B-movie it's one of the most intense action-horror films out there.

reply

His own remake of "Dawn of the Dead" was excellent.

reply

Almost all of his films have been commercially successful. Dawn of the Dead is considered by many as a great zombie flick and 300 was immensely popular. You may not like his films, I don't like most of them, but he has had a lot of success at the box office.

This movie will end Zack Snyder's career. I mean, sure, BvS and JL were bad. But maybe 4/10 bad.

This was 1/10 bad. It wasn't even so bad it was funny, like Sharknado. It was worse than Sharknado.

reply

Watching it right now and can't believe how bad this is. Is this on purpose?
