which 'villain' (i.e., stupid owner) would you most love to punch?
I suppose we should say, "other than Amy."

4) You ever seen Superman $#$# his pants? Case closed.

David from Black Pearl. Wouldn't think twice about that one.
There are plenty of others who I'd consider, but, other than Amy and Sammy, David is the worst this show has ever had.
Joe Nagy from Mill Street Bistro, definitely. Not only was he a raging, egomaniacal freak, but he apparently fired the employees who spoke the worst about him in Ramsay's "confessional" after the filming was over. My second would be David from the Black Pearl and my third would be Sebastian, but he would probably curl up into the fetal position before I could land the punch!
shareI loved Sammy myself. I thought he was hilarious ๐ I think he means well but his delivery leaves something to be desired. And his gf is the most beautiful woman I've ever seen in my life๐
shareI don't believe in violence, but hypothetically speaking:
1) Amy (of course!)
1a) Samy (might as well, since I'd be in his vicinity anyway)
2) David (Black Pearl)
3) The clueless Mama Maria's owner who put dead animal products in dishes and called them vegetarian

My personal top 3:
1. that fat A-rab who forced his 7 children to work at the Kabob Room and didn't pay them
2. that fat A-rab who forced his 7 children to work at the Kabob Room and didn't pay them

Adversity does not build character. It *reveals* it.
I think the worst ones are:
- Amy & Samy (that's a given)
- David from the Black Pearl
- Sebastian (i.e. he was delusional and narcissistic)
- Joe from the Mill Street Bistro
Keith and Lisa from Tavolini's. Their children ran that restaurant better than they could. I mean they would place orders for themselves, refuse to take responsibility, and walked out when it got too busy for them. Even after the successful changes, they still didn't commit. The restaurant closed, their marriage ended, and God knows what their kids are going through now living with those kind of parents.
Yanni's for me it wasn't so much Peter as it was his younger daughter Alyse, the belligerent one. I mean she was such a bully to her own sister Tariya (the one who cried a lot) with her "stop cryings." Granted most people don't like to be around someone who often cries, she was crying for a good reason. I mean that's her parents' business; with a father who won't change the outdated menu, and everytime a customer complained about a dish meant one more lost customer, more lost revenue, one step closer to the restaurant shutting down, and possibly putting them on the street. Tariya was more aware of the goings on than her father and sister combined. Alyse's mistreating Tariya just showed how oblivious and insensitive she was to the restaurants problems, how she and Peter kept causing them and the effect it was having on Tariya and the mother.
Joe from Giuseppi's Trattoria. I mean what could he have been thinking cutting corners by using a microwave; not cooking fresh. He and his wife ran several successful Italian restaurants. He should have known better from years of experience. His son knew better and wanted to cook fresh but Joe still wouldn't listen. His stubbornness cost his retirement and his home.
I wish I could remember his name. I think the restaurant was named for him even though it was family owned and financed by his parents.
He was a big, conceited New Jersey Guido who did little more than stroll around in the dining room in his $2000 suits like an A$$ and buy people free drinks and bottles of wine.
I wanted to kill him.
.
Could it be Season One's Peters in Babylon, NY? The jerk could spend $3k on a suit but refused to buy his restaurant a new stove?
He was an idiot- but there's soooo many more that decided to show their arrogance on television.
You're referring to Peter. He was the brother of the owner of Peter's, and he drove around in an expensive car, spent thousands on suits, had a fake tan, and was basically a waste of space.

I have to add the owners from Zeke's. They treated their staff like garbage. In Gordon's confessional the employees complained about their horrible treatment and low wages and the owners said "we're taking money from our personal accounts to pay your salaries" as though the staff should be grateful. Hello, idiots, you have to pay them or you're breaking the law! I was happy to hear that this place closed, although I feel terrible for the employees. Hopefully they found better employment.

I don't condone violence regardless of how nasty a person can be, I think the following would be the worst I have seen,
1.) Robert owner of the Jupiter Hill Inn, I know this one is not a Kitchen Nightmare episode, but Gordon Ramsey was involved so I think it counts. He steals his staffs' tips, spends his partner's money on worthless crap, has skipped several paychecks for his staff, and invites his elite friends over and doesn't charge them anything.
2.) Joe from Mill Street Bistro, what a bastard.
3.) That husband from Peter's who sports a fake tan and drives a fancy car spending all of his wife's money.
4.) Gen and Alan from Burger Kitchen, the duo that stole $250k from their son, incapable of admitting they cook *beep* and constantly screw up everything in the restaurant.
5.) Martin from Dillon's. Did nothing, wasted time on his cellphone, paid no attention to the hideous state of the kitchen, basement, and restaurant in general.
6.) Vic from Fiesta Sunrise, ruins his step daughter's credit to start up a failing restaurant, after he most likely ran the previous restaurant he owned into the ground.
Gen and Alan from Burger Kitchen would be my pick. That kid must have the patience of a saint.
shareMichel from The Secret Garden, Sebastian, David from Black Pearl(what a brain-dead moron!), Chappy, Alan, Martin from Dillon's(can't believe he was actually dumb enough to try and sue Ramsay), Joe Nagy and of course Samy and Amy AKA dumbass one and dumbass two.
shareI'm watching The Secret Garden ep. on BBC right now and I want to punch Michel in the throat!๐ ๐
Everyone sees what you appear to be, few experience what you really are.
Peter "Pasta" Pellegrino, the co-owner of Peter's in Babylon, NY, was a "Godfather" wannabe. But I think he really was connected. That restaurant is now closed. Now Peter is an empty pocketed brokester.
shareCall me crazy but I actually liked David although he really started acting like a baby at the end. Something about his calm demeanor was nice.
The owner at Zeke's sucks. Those overtly controlling, conservative, greedy types who look like someone's holding a plate of *beep* (or, well, their own restaurant's food) in front of their nose are just annoying.
David from the Black Pearl was a moron. When you are in New York City and you have a celebrity inviting people to a restaurant you better believe that place is going to be packed but David was claiming no one would show up.
Peter from Peter's Italian Restaurant was a fake.
