Snyder out. Whedon in.

You can't make this up. The Avengers director himself has been hired to salvage Justice League...

reply

You did read why Snyder is out right?

reply

I did and it is incredibly tragic. Thoughts and prayers are with him. I didn't mean to be coy.

reply

Sorry, I guess I'm just expecting it because people did want him out. I do hope no one takes joy in this. But it certainly explains all the rumours about reshoots and the like recently. Whedon seems a strange choice considering their styles are wildly different.

reply

Yeah, why not Nolan though? He's already the producer anyway.

reply

I'd say he busy still with Dunkirk, but I might be wrong about that.

reply

Even if Nolan had the time, he would have nothing to gain from trying to edit that mess. If the result was a success he'd only be repeating himself, if it wasn't he'd look past his prime.

Whedon, on the other hand, hasn't really established himself as a top director, and would be exactly the kind of ambitious guy who'd want to do a favor for a major studio. He'll probably get some projects greenlit because of this, not to mention helping to erase the stain of "Ultron".

reply

Yeah, that makes sense. Kinda like how Doctor Strange picks his next patient.

reply

Well you did sound coy, that or ignorant. Snyder stepped aside by choice and Whedon has come on to help finish off post production. It's a tragic thing that happened to Zack and a nice sign of solidarity that the director of Avenger's is helping finish off his work.

And you made it sound like a salacious firing took place behind the scenes.

reply

Well, I apologize. Certainly wasn't my intent. I thought it just interesting that The Avengers director is directing its mirror counterpoint.

reply

OK no prob then.

reply

What happened to zack?

reply

His daughter committed suicide.

reply

Omg ! That's terrible!

reply

More of these infantile stupid movies? Let it be the Mother Of All Bombs!

reply

I don't see how this movie can be any good. Flash and Cyborg look ridiculous.
