I felt bad for the blondie actress. They forced her to go full naked

In that hotel room at the beginning. For no reason she takes her blanket and is fully naked and starts putting on pants and t-shirt. While her boyfriend lies in the bed under blanket. He takes it off and guy in in his pants...

So they forced young actress to go completely naked in front of the whole crew of like 20 people probably but man was spared and wasnt forced to take off his pants for everyone to see. Movie wants to tell us that those both young people were sleeping in bed. But she went fully naked while guy decided to get up and put his pants on and go to bed....

I felt sorry for that young actress who auditioned for movie and then was probably told by producers that she would get the role but would have to go naked. Because she is pretty and stuff. While Jenna Malone was probably considered not hot enough and was spared from showing breasts and taking off pants.

reply

I feel bad for people who think it's somehow "wrong" to be naked.

When a couple sleeps together, they are very often naked. We all do it and it's completely normal.

Yet, in American movies, when there's a scene where a woman and man wakes up next to each other, 99 times out of 100 they are waking up in their underwear. Even in sex scenes, American films will actually have the woman wearing a bra!

In real life, people walk around naked all the time. We all have a body, and it's not always clothed.

Yet Hollywood insists on ruining the immersion by constantly showing people who are wearing clothes when it would be logical for their character to be naked. Now THAT is the true meaning of "gratuitous".

reply

You really didn't understand my point did you?

This is not real life you are spying on. There are actors who played roles. Scene was shot on a studio lot or hotel room. And 10-20 people were present and filming that actress naked like she was some po*n star. And its not like they cast those young actors and then asked: 'Who wants to shoot naked scene?" and blondie volunteered because she wanted to much to run naked on screen.

No. They invite people to audition for real big movie. Then before sighing contract they probably tell them they would need to strip naked or if actress doent want to - they go and cast the one who would agree. Young actresses are basically forced to either miss out on a lead role in real movie or undress. While men are not forced to do that. Shawn Ashmore was right there in a bed in his pants, they didnt tell him go full frontal. Only she was forced.

reply

You really didn't understand my point did you?

She was naked. It was not a big deal, until you made it a big deal. Hence, the problem is not with her, but with you.

reply

I assume you have the habit to walk naked to your work and just outside to chill in bars and to groceries? So you have no problem with yourself? Like do you put pictures on Only Fans?

No? You, yourself wont do that but of course you have no problem with others doing it for you? 99.95% of actors hate being forced naked and dont wnat to do that. Even those who initially agreed and were blabbing in interviews how cool it was and they were ok - years later say in interview they regret it and it was horrible experience and they were forced to do that.

None of the actors like it. None. They are forced.

reply

None of the actors like it. None. They are forced.

This is just ludicrous, and easily proven to be 100% wrong.

Here's Keira Knightley who says she "finds sex scenes easy and is happy to take her clothes off if the role needs it":
https://www.mirror.co.uk/3am/celebrity-news/keira-knightley-finds-sex-scenes-1311604

Jennifer Lawrence "Didn’t Have a Second Thought" About Going Topless in Her New Movie:
https://www.menshealth.com/entertainment/a44357577/jennifer-lawrence-nude-scene-no-hard-feelings/

Miley Cyrus: "I don't really stress too much about being out there. There's nothing left to catch me doing. You want to hack my e-mail so you can find my nude pictures? I'll just fucking put them up."
https://www.marieclaire.com/celebrity/a15323/miley-cyrus-september-2015/

Shailene Woodley: ''I'm totally comfortable with nudity. I'm not sure it empowers me as an actress or anything, but if I'm going to do a movie with sex scenes, then I'm going to be naked, because I don't know about you, but I don't have sex with bras and panties on.''
https://eu.azcentral.com/story/entertainment/people/2015/02/26/shailene-woodley-confident-nudity/24070639/

Cameron Diaz: "I'm not opposed to doing nudity, as long as it's part of the story. I'll do whatever has to get done if it's the right thing."
https://www.marieclaire.com/celebrity/a11254/cameron-diaz-interview-cover-story/

.....

And that was just 5 quick examples. I could easily find 10000 more, but I think the point has been made.

But to say it clearly: Just because YOU have a problem with nudity, does not mean that everybody else does.

Some can brag about it while they do that and promote movie. But they all regret it later. After years past.

10 Celebrities Who Regretted Doing Nude Scenes
https://firstcuriosity.com/featured/10-celebrities-who-regretted-doing-nude-scenes/

A lot of A-listers have performed nude or sex scenes in front of the camera. However, they might agree to do it for the money, career growth, or even pressure from the director. Which is why many of them later regret their decisions.

- Kate Winslet was doing small independent films before getting her big break with ‘Titanic,‘. She regrets doing the nude scene during a sketch drawing sequence and is uncomfortable looking back at it.

- Natalie Portman did a brief nude scene in the short film ‘Hotel Chevalier‘. However, that scene was shared on several pornographic websites which made Portman regret her decision.

- In ‘Game of Thrones‘, Emilia Clarke had several nude scenes. However, she has been vocal about the skin showing on the show which led to her arguments with the showrunners. “I’ve had fights on set before, where I’m like, ‘No, the sheet stays up,’ she said.

- In the 2004 film ‘My Summer of Love’, Emily Blunt took off her clothes for a scene. But she has no plans to do that again for any project. She said that most of the time, such scenes are not even necessary in the story.

- Taylor Lautner went shirtless and showed his abs in the 2009 film ‘The Twilight Saga.’ But he won’t be doing that in the future again. “My motivation was the movie and the fans, but I don’t want to become known as just a body”, he said.

- Pamela Anderson started her career by posing nude for Playboy magazine. However, she now regrets doing that as she realizes the impact of it on her children who were bullied in school because of her.

What are you on about now? Changing your story?

You wrote: "None of the actors like it. None. They are forced."

I proved you wrong. Man up and admit your mistake.

reply

All those actresses you brought up will give one day interview how they regret that. All. Even Miley Cyrus when she will be 50 or something.

Even Sharon Stone backed up after 30 years and constantly being proud by it.

It took Kate Winslet 20 years ti finally spoke up.

Usually those actresses are so proud and brag about it when they are young. Then kids come and grow up and become teenagers and then comes realization and shame when kids can open youtube and see mommy naked. And all their classmates can see it and bully them.

Jennifer Lawrence will regret it publicly too once her child will turn like 10. And will be like: "I probably should have not done it".

Here I brought you Keira Knightley fresh interview. Yours was old from 2012.

Knightley -- who has two children, daughters Evie, 5, and Delilah, 1 -- added a "no nudity clause" to her film contracts after becoming a mother in 2015. Star explained on the podcast that while she still understands the need for some sex scenes in films, she would prefer a different actress to take it on.

"There's times where I go, 'Yeah, I completely see where this sex would be really good in this film and you basically just need somebody to look hot,' so therefore you can use somebody else," she said. "Because I'm too vain, and the body has had two children now, and I'd just rather not stand in front of a group of men naked."

- In the initial days of her career, the British actress did nude scenes for several films which made everyone believe that she was comfortable with it. However, Helen has revealed that she in fact hated doing those scenes. The main reason for her to do them was that she “didn’t want to be uptight.”

- In the psychological thriller film ‘Basic Instinct‘, there is one interrogation scene of Sharon Stone crossing her legs that sparked controversies. She maintains that the director tricked her into taking off her underwear for lighting and the crew shot that scene without her knowledge.

- Ben Stiller did a nude scene for the 2004 film ‘Along Came Polly.’ The actor admits not knowing that he could ask for a body double for such scenes. Instead, he told the director that he wasn’t comfortable with it. In response, the director said that he will remove the scene if it was not funny. The scene stayed in the final cut.

- In HBO’s ‘Big Little Lies‘, Nicole Kidman did several scenes that were sexually aggressive in nature. Later on, she called it one of the most terrible experiences of her career. She said she felt “completely humiliated and devastated” after filming them.

reply

I'm sure they're paid quite well to do nude scenes.. I think you're getting a little too worked up over this for your own good and if you're going to call out stuff like this in movies, you pretty much have to do that in just about every horror movie made??

reply

They are not paid well for that. Its just regular paycheck.

reply

Maybe it's because some of us have different values. Although I have watched some movies wth nudity I think it's wrong cause I should not see anyone naked but my future wife. There are others I know who believe that too. I admit people like me are the minority since in just about every movie and TV show people treat sex like it's something as casual as eating dinner in a restaurant. It seems the majority think sex should be done on a first date.

reply

It was functional nudity for people to get a grip at themselves and back and forth a bit with their thoughts to come to the conclusion that some things in nature are fluid.

reply

She wasn't forced. She was hired to play a role and as a professional actress she did what the role called for.

reply

All of them are forced. They are put on a choice - to star in a movie and get money or refuse and be jobless. So they are forced to go naked. Because its big movie stars who can walk away and find new role. D-list actors may not find a role for another 5 years. So actresses just agree. And again - male characters were not forced by director and producer. And they would hate it a much. But only young women are forced.

reply

That's the same for anyone who takes a job. You either do the job as per the requirements, or you find a different job.

reply

Big name actress sometimes can chose a role. For b- and c-listers its often not a choice. They can not find another job like that for 5 years or never. So the agree.

Emilia Clark was no one before Game of Thrones. That was huge opportunity that gave her career and money. If she would say no that she would be no one now and without job.

reply

They can absolutely find another job. There are several actors and actresses who have careers who have never shot a nude scene.

They can also find work outside of acting.

There is also nothing wrong with being naked.

reply

You didnt answer - do you have Only Fans account and walk naked there for all your friends to see? Do you walk naked to your foodstore, cafe or your work or your childrens school? No you dont, of course. But you have no problems other people undressing for you.... Thats hypocrisy.

reply

First of all... what didn't I answer?

Secondly, no I don't have have an onlyfans account.

I do spend a lot of time naked and plenty of my friends have seen me naked. I belong to a naturalist group and have done plenty of activities in the nude.

Thirdly, I don't go nude in places where it is illegal or simply unacceptable to do so.

I don't find anything sexual about nudity. I have no issues with anyone who wants to be naked to be naked. I have no issues being naked. So where is this imaginary hypocrisy that you've created about someone you know nothing about?

reply

Oh, finally its here. So you are one of those nudists people thats why you kept being aggressive about it. Well you judge others by your own perception. While actors have been speaking out numerous times how they dont like to be forced to strip naked for everyone to see.

Interesting how you write yourself that you will not go to public places for everyone to stare at you. I assume you are naked between your group of people who are naturalists like you. Like you will not go to store or some concert. Or office. But when I say that actresses are forced to strip naked in front of crew of 20-40 people who stare and then millions of people while watching movie you say its fine.

The thing you dont understand - its your choice. You like it. Actresses don’t like it. None of them. They are forced to do that or they will miss out on well payed job. And for some those dont come too often. Some actresses may have to weight 5 years for lead role in a movie or it may never come. So they agree to do that.

And again my point was that male character was not demanded to take his pants off. Despite scene demanded them both be fully naked. But they spared him and only forced actress. As men are not forced in movies to trip.

reply

Then go wait tables, no one is forcing anyone to shed their clothes. That’s the job and it’s in the script before you take the job. Your post is moronic

reply

So you are one of those nudists people thats why you kept being aggressive about it.
Where have I been aggressive?

Well you judge others by your own perception.
Where did I judge anyone?

Interesting how you write yourself that you will not go to public places for everyone to stare at you.
Where did I say that?

Like you will not go to store or some concert. Or office.
I actually said I don't go nude in places where it is illegal or simply unacceptable to do so.

But when I say that actresses are forced to strip naked in front of crew of 20-40 people who stare and then millions of people while watching movie you say its fine.
Where did I say that? I think I said there is nothing wrong with being naked. That's not the same thing as agreeing to someone being forced to strip in front of others.

The thing you dont understand - its your choice.
Yeah, it's also the actresses choice.

reply

Your OP telegraphs you’re just speculating. It’s a 2008 movie. In the last 15 years, did the actress say anything about being forced to do the scene naked? Or did she claim the producers ambushed her with a nudity requirement after she got the role?

reply

That actress is D-List and didnt do much after that movie. Her career went nowhere. No one takes interview from her and asks.

Not every actress speaks about such things in general. Some just be like: "It was long time ago. Leave it there".

reply

It’s difficult to imagine a “D-List” actress like you describe not coming out with her story of exploitation during the MeToo / Times Up era if it had happened

reply

Not every d-list actress is fame hungry for those 15 seconds of MeToo fame.

reply

Girl got paid anywhere from several thousand to a few million bucks for a role which required her to remove her clothes in a whopping one scene. This is an injustice comparable to The Holocaust

reply

She was not payed several thousand to a few million bucks . It has a budget of 25 millions and she is nobody. Those kind of people are payed very little. Sometimes actors tell about their salaries and in those kind small budget movies and it could be like 30k.

Remember how Neve Campbell walked out of Scream because she wanted millions but they always have small budgets and don't pay much.

And out of those 30 she would have to pay her agent, her SAG etc.

reply

What is it with Gen Z and this anti-sex crap where you're so offended of an actress going full nude? If she didn't want to do it, she would've gotten out of it and been replaced.. Enough with the fake outrage boys

reply

Because actresses are forced to strip down. Big stars can say "No". But young actors don't have that choice. It's: "Strip down or you will lose role and money". And considering how competitive it's out there for young actors and some may not find next role for 3 years - they agree.

Like one young actress recently said, crying: "She wanted to become actress and act. Not to become stripper and hooker".
Because this is what many young actresses are forced to do. And they all regret it later. Even if they say they are fine while show is being promoted.

Emilia Clark from Game Of Thrones was forced to go naked or they would hire other actress. Now she has career and money. Or refuse and audition to get some small role once in 3 years.

While men are never forced to run around naked with their pee-pee out. They only force young actresses to do that.

It's not like in real life boss will tell you to strip down and walk around office naked for everyone to stare. You can quit job and find new quickly. For actors it's not that easy. They may go to auditions for years before they will find something. Some never find at all.

reply

Dude, you're breaking my heart.. They get paid very well to do a scene in the nude and if they don't like it?? Don't do it.. Say No..

reply

They don't get paid very well, lol. People think that all of them get millions. But sometimes they reveal how much money they get for small budget movies. And it ain't much.

reply

You're not losing sleep over this are you?? 🤨

reply

I assume you are out of arguments? I gracefully accept your defeat.

reply

Argument for what exactly?? That you're some fucking homo who can't bare to handle actresses taking their clothes off in movies and you come back, what?? 18 Hours later to pick up this dumb argument?? 🙄 I like many others have better things to do, like watching movies with nude actresses in them..

reply

Women are not p*rn-actresses to pleasure your perverseness. Those who do p*rn - do it voluntarily. Go and watch it if you want to see naked women and is obsessed with it.

Those who go into acting - want to be actresses and act. But are forced to undress themselves because directors think it will please pervs among the audience. And this is wrong. None of the actresses want to do that. And if would be told they can or can't do that with no fallout - they would chose not to.

You simply don't understand it because your pee-pee thinks for you.

reply

Seek help immediately because you clearly have issues and until then, I'm not giving you the time or day

reply

LOL. Dude you are too obsessed with that whole naked thing. Go watch p*rn.

You clearly can't understand what I say and complain. All you see is : "Teeetties!!" and then your brain zooms out. And you can't understand why anyone says that women should not undress for your perv pleasure. Because: "Teeetties!!"

It's actually very funny. Are you like 18 years? Are you some 21 years old student-frat boy? I always thought that it was Hollywood stereotype. But here you are.

reply

Wow, the OP has serious issues.

reply

This kid clearly has issues over this.. I'm already writing a script for a horror movie over it
